THE FOLLOWING?

1. How soon are you looking to purchase?

2. Is this an investment home or will this be your primary residences?

3. Are you aware the $8,000 "First Time Home Buyers" tax credit has
be extended? You might be eligible ?

4. Have you been pre-approved for a home loan? If "Yes" what
amount?

5. If you have not been pre-approved for a home loan I will be happy
to have one of the lenders I work with assist you. The process takes
about 15-20 minutes (can be done over the phone) and is a
confidential/private interview between you and the lender. Once you
are pre-approved the lender will provide you with a "Pre-Approval
Letter" outlining your loan amount and the terms of your loan. Being
pre-approved puts you in a position to write offers on homes you
would like to purchase and is also a prerequisite of the banks who
require all offers to be submitted with a pre-approval letters or proof
of funds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
