TAYLOR BEAN AND WHITAKER CLOSES DOORS

Taylor Bean and Whitaker (TBW), the nation's #3 FHA lender, closed their doors today and cancelled their active pipeline.  
 
This was a very popular bank for mortgage brokers to send their FHA loans.  If your buyer's mortgage broker has an FHA deal with TBW, it needs to find a new lender.  You will want to call them today to find out.
 
We have four FHA underwriters in-house.  Please let us know if you need assistance.
